What if I miss the December 7 deadline?
If you miss AEP, you can make one switch between Medicare Advantage plans during the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (January 1–March 31). However, you cannot use that window to add Part D coverage or return to Original Medicare with full flexibility. It's best to act before December 7.
